Francesca and Maria Prete grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship. From a young age, they absorbed the value of work, a culture of responsibility, and the deeper meaning of “doing business”. But being third-generation entrepreneurs doesn’t necessarily mean staying on a path that’s already been laid out. Sometimes, it means creating a new one.

Francesca built her career across Milan, Dubai, and California, in large companies and international environments. Maria dedicated fifteen years to the family business, gaining experience in management and working with stakeholders and colleagues. Two complementary perspectives that came together at a pivotal moment, driven by a shared vision to put people first .
